Fluid Pharma Highlights the Future of Veterinary Medicines at AHNTI EU 2026

Fluid Pharma continued to build momentum in the animal health sector with its participation in the Animal Health, Nutrition & Technology Innovation Europe (AHNTI EU) Summit, held in London from 2–4 March 2026.

The event brought together innovators and industry leaders from across the animal health value chain, including biopharma, diagnostics, nutrition and drug delivery, providing an opportunity to explore emerging trends and discuss the future of animal healthcare.

Less than a year after expanding the potential applications of its proprietary MicroCoat® technology into pet medicines, Fluid Pharma used the summit to engage with investors, manufacturers, CROs, CDMOs, regulatory consultants and veterinary professionals. These conversations highlighted the growing interest in innovative formulation technologies that can improve the way medicines are delivered to animals.

One of the key themes discussed during the event was the importance of palatability in veterinary medicines. Many pet owners experience significant challenges when administering medication to their animals. Giving bitter tablets to cats and dogs can be stressful for both pets and their owners, often resulting in poor treatment compliance, missed doses, and unnecessary anxiety.
