Fluid Pharma continued to build international awareness of Tat-Fit™ by exhibiting at the 47th Belgian Council for Laboratory Animal Science (BCLAS) Annual Symposium, held in Anderlecht, Brussels, on 22–23 April 2026.

The symposium brought together laboratory animal science professionals from across Europe, providing an opportunity to discuss the latest advances in animal welfare, research methodologies and scientific innovation.

A key highlight of the event was the presentation of collaborative research on Tat-Fit™ by Charlotte Baker from the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute. The work, funded by the National Centre for the Replacement, Refinement and Reduction of Animals in Research (NC3Rs), explored the pharmacokinetics of Tat-Fit™ and its potential as a non-invasive refinement for tamoxifen dosing intransgenic mouse studies.

Developed using Fluid Pharma’s proprietary MicroCoat® technology, Tat-Fit™ is the first palatable tamoxifen formulation designed to enable stress-free, ethical and consistent oral dosing in mice. The formulation reduces the need for invasive dosing methods while supporting reliable research outcomes and improved animal welfare.

Throughout the symposium, the Fluid Pharma team engaged with researchers and laboratory animal professionals to discuss how Tat-Fit™ can support refinement in transgenic mouse studies.
